Pixelated DVD Playback on MCE

I've been using a transcoder to connect to my HDTV, but when I began using
the component output of my ATI X700 y could not play DVDs anymore at 1080i
resolution. I read somewhere that this is a problem related to component
output and high resolutions and that a workaround is using AnyDVD. So I
tryed it and I was able to watch DVDs at high res. I saw yesterday that
there was a new version of tha ATI Catalyst, so I decided to uninstall
AnyDVD and install the new Catalyst drivers, DVDs now play ok at high res in
Media Player 10, but inside MCE I only get a pixelated image (very large
squares). Any ideas of what could be causing this?
