I'd stop the Windows Media Connect service and then set it to
disabled. I'd also uninstall MS Anti Spyware on that machine since it
is a known issue. Are you running the Windows firewall or a third
party firewall?
Try running with WMC disabled and without MSAS and see if things
improve.
