Re: MCE2005 and cable box

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

My cable box is connected to the regular TV via a coax cable. When I
attempted to connect the cable box to the media center, I used coax as well.
When I use the coax direct from the wall (without the box), I can tune in to
channels up through 80. When I connected the box, I still could not get any
channel passed 80 even after going into MC setup and making the necessary
changes. The box works fine on the TV through channel 500 but not passed 80
on the media center. I tried the s-video connections as well just because I
was willing to try anything and that didn't help. Any thoughts?
