Re: HELP! Dell told me I cannot watch tv on my tv AND work on com

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

First opff you need the udated drivers from Nvidia.com for that video card.
There is only one and the site is self explanitory for your selection.

Second, what kind of TV Tuner card came with your systems? Are they both
DUAL tuner cards and what brand?

Third, anytime you want a computer like the ones you purchased to work, you
always go to a local computer store (private business) where they can build
the system specificaaly to your needs and wants. You generally get a much
better system for a lower cost and it will work.

In my opinion, Dell is garbage and thier tech support stinks. Even when you
are under thier warranty the will only replace necessary parts with
refurbished or used parts. Just for your future reference.

Sorry if this response sounds a bit harsh, but if you need personalized help
and I have the time I will give you a chat link for me.

Good luck
