I ordered a "recovery kit" from HP so hopefully that will have a boot disk
since my computer wasn't shipped with one and I didn't think to make one.
I'll try diabling USB and see what that does.
Do you know if I could use a XP boot disk that came with a different
version of XP? I have 2 other XP machines but they don't run Media Editon
they are professional and home.
