teletext colors

I have a question about the teletext colors on Windows Media Center
Edition 2005.

The teletext colors are not standard. They are somewhat different than
on a normal TV. They are kind of strange.

Can these colors be changed?

The background is dark green. This is normally black. Also the colors
of the letters are different than normal.

The colors of the standard menu buttons are red, green, yellow and
blue.

The colors of the words on the last line of the teletext page do not
match the colors of the buttons on the remote control. The order of the
words on the last line of the teletext page corresponds to the order of
the buttons of the remote control only the color of the words on the
last line of the teletext page is not correct (as well as the colors of
the rest of the text).

I hope someone can help me out on this issue.
