The Domain radio button should be greyed out, at this point. It should not be selectable. Additionally, on the Computer Name tab, the Network ID button should be greyed out, as well.
For MCE 2005, if the computer was a member of a domain when you did the upgrade, it would remain that way. However, if you should change the computer to a workgroup member, you should not be able to go back and join a domain again.
I guess its possible that your upgrade path has something to do with it, but I can't verify this.
