If all your problems are IE related then why not try another browser. There
are several good ones out there.......IE is not the only game in town. At
least you could determine if indeed your troubles do stem from IE.

I have a 5 month old Dell too and have no problems, but then I stay away
from all that MSN garbage like Passport and other similiar items which
actually invite some of these problems. Also, I only use Norton Anti Virus
and none of the spy, adware and other freebie crap. Don't smother your
computer......let it breathe.
