Re: PC locks up when in Guide with tv or recording playing minimized

I have the same problem. My PC freezes constantly. It is fairly new
(December 04) and came with MCE05. It is an HP M1170n and drives me crazy
sometimes. I haven't seen anything like this on any other newsgroups and
have given up on trying to find the source of the problem. I was told I
could send it back to HP and that it would take a week or two to have them
check it out. If I knew it was a memory problem I would gladly do fix
myself. Perhaps I will hound them will emails about this until I get some
help...or not. I think I'm still under warranty.
