II am having the same problem with Gateway. Did restore, lost all apps.,
downloaded new tuner and video drivers. Their own techs told me to reload
Medica Center, which I don't have. Gateway will not send me new original
disk. They replaced my tower after a 6 month fight and now I still can't use
MC. Screen is black and the only excape is through task manager. How is the
world can we get this to work???????
