I also have a new 8400 Dell with the NVIDIA 6800 card. I've not connected a
TV to mine as of yet but have notice that the 71.84 drivers I download from
NVIDIA have a lot more in regards to a second monitor/TV. You might try them
if you haven't as of yet. I got mine about a month ago so you probably still
have the older drivers for the 6800.
