I just want to blow off steam. I purchased an HP Pavilion zd7000 series notebook, desperately hoping I could get the right price which would include the media center edition. (I love microsoft).... Because of major problems with the laptop, I had to return, not just one, but two, back to the store where I purchased them. Finally I have one that works, however it has never been able to play the tv of the media center. It states that no turner or turner card present. Now, I give up. I've talked with HP and they were going to send me another pvr but also stated that they wanted my credit card number. Just in case I didn't send the defective part back. I was speaking with an unknowledgeable tech in India and had NEVER been asked for my credit card. I refused. Guess what, they don't care. Surprise.
