Configure a computer with a static IP like 192.168.0.22. Connect the
computer via a wired connection directly to the DGL-3420. Open a web
browser and goto 192.168.0.30 (from memory, but it's in the docs that come
with the adapter). You can change the IP to one in the same subnet as your
network (depends on what router you are using...) There's even a sniffer
that detects wireless networks - pick your and then setup the WPA security.
