I can't make an apples to apples comparesion on purevideo support because I
bought my 6600GT right when the new drivers were released, but the picture
with purevideo is beautiful. I was using a 5200fx before connected via VGA
to a 40 inch LCD. Now I have a MSI 6600gt connected via DVI to it and I
followed NVIDIA instructions on treating the monitor as a HDTV and set
output to 720p. DVD's look fantastic in MediaCenter and live tv looks better
that before.
