Yes, we're talking about audio *in* from a Comcast STB.

To give you some background: I had my STB connected to my computer with a
coax cable. In a separate thread, I stated that my picture was of subpar
quality. In response, someone (Peter?) recommended that I replace that coax
cable with (1) an S-video cable for the video, and (2) an audio cable that
connected the RCA jacks to the STB and a 1/4" jack to the tv tuner card.
That's what I did. The picture is noticeably improved. However, no sound.
