Starting with a sanity check - what version does Media Center think it is?
(Open Media Center and from the Start page navigate to Settings -->
General --> About Media Center --> Software Version). Please write down
both the friendly version name (e.g. "Windows XP Media Center Edition 200x")
and the build number below it
