Sometimes, we developers forget that not everyone has Visual Studio .NET on
their machine.
There are three options for you:
1) Download the source code and the .NET SDK and learn how to compile .NET
code
2) Contact the author and see if he could post the executable
3) Shower us developers with kind words, boxes of candy, and other bribes to
convince us to compile it and post it ;)
