Hi Todd/Lyle

I am that other user, and I still have the same issue.

Lyle, did/do you have MSN 7 installed or not?

Todd, is there some way we can simulate by going into the MCX1 profile to
see exactly what is popping up and causing the unauthorized window error?

Really need a solution to this one still, if you can provide any other
ideas.

Thanks.
