Christo,

It might also have to do with the fact that when you watch TV on your PC,
you are probably sitting a lot closer to it than you are to a typical TV
(about 18-24" as compared to 7-10'). If you were to sit about the same
distance from your 19" LCD, you would likely see that the full-screen display
on your MCE is about as good as your TV.

If this is not the case, you could have a problem with your display drivers,
or the graphics card itself. What kind of a card to you have? Also, what kind
of tuner do you have installed?
