I think its a bit of both as few companies provide the upgrade in the UK but
i think Hi-grade do and HP will be soon. I have a Mesh machine and they will
not provide an upgrade as it is supposed to be "Microsoft's Fault" and how
they would get into trouble if they supplied the upgrade - Cross Your fingers
for the near future. sorry i cant be more helpful.
