XP Media Center 2005 and IE 6

Just installed XPMC2005 and IE worked for a minute and now it opens sits like
it's going to bring up my home page and then goes to a white blank page. I've
tried uninstalling it from the add/remove components, rebooted, and
reinstalled with no luck. Firefox browser I installed works just fine. Anyone
have any ideas?
