Thanks. I was able to do disable file deletion with this pointer on where to
go, but my steps were slightly different (I don't have a Security tab) on my
computer which is running WME 2005:

1. right click on My Documents and select Properties
2. select Sharing tab
3. Under Network Sharing & Security, check:
   [x] Share this folder on the network
   and uncheck:
   [ ] allow network users to change my files
