Debugging Problem w/ EHShell.exe

For a day, Media Center was not working on my computer. It would just freeze.
Now that it is working, if I change the channel in Live TV, it freezes and
this box pops up.

It reads: EHShell.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id= 0x2f8 (760), Thread id=0x54c (1356).
And if I click to debug the following box pops up:
Registered JIT debugger is not availabble. An attempt to launch a JIT
debugger with the following commang resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2)
please check computer settings.

What is making this happen and how can I fix my Media Center's Tv?
