It's hard to answer without knowing what you did, but I'm guessing that you
set your resolution or refresh rate to something your monitor can't handle.
To fix this, boot to safe mode, then adjust your monitor resolution and
restart.
To get to the safe mode boot up menu, hit f8 as soon as the bios finishes
loading.
