More research shows that the registry setting is ok. It's a unicode string
terminated by a null followed by another unicode string terminated by a
double null.
MCE started working with the network drive after I used a AT {1 minute in
the future} /interactive cmd.exe to setup the share to the networked drive.
Now all I need to do is figure out how to persistently have the network
drive available to the SYSTEM account.
