Yes, and no. The Extenders will function wireless, if you wish. I
recommend 802.11a for that, although 802.11g would be "okay." All you need
on an Extender with the wireless setup is a plug and the connections to
whatever TV you're using to view the programs "broadcast" to the Extender
from the Media Center Edition computer.
