MCE DVD Playback Question

Hi!!!
I build my own MCPC 2005. I downloaded the Nvidia DVD decoder. When I play a
movie with Media Player it performs well but when i try to play the movie
with Media center I get a video error that reads "Files needed to play DVD
not installed or not working propetly"
Does anybody knows what going on and how to fix it???????????? Help
