What does Clean MSDN install mean - you wiped and installed everything again?
>From original HP disk - SP2 MCE 2004 - MCE 2005? Or is there another
distribution other than the one HP/Microsoft have sent/packaged?
BTW- driver versions you are using is what I've got currently loaded.
