Linksys Media Extender Will Not Connect to my PC-HELP

I can get through the entire software setup for my Linksys Media Extender but
then following the setup, the extender says the following "Connecting to
Media Center..." and tries for about 20-30 seconds, then is followed by the
following error message: "The connection between the Media Center Extender
and Media Center PC was lost due to one of the following reasons (Error Code:
 00000002).
The PC has been shut down, is on stand-by, or is hibernating. Turn the PC
back on or bring it out of standby or hibernation.
The PC is in heavy use or is too busy..."
My computuer is 100% live when this error message hits and my
stand-by/hibernation settings are all set to never for full access.
Everything on my PC installs and completes with no problems, but I've yet to
see the start screen on my TV. It seems I can ping the extender from my PC
with no problem but the extender doesn't seem to be able to connect back to
my PC to the MCX folder?

I have gone into the Event Viewer and each time the connection fails, it
says the following: "Remote Media Center session was logged off because
system validation failed. " Unfortunately, I have no idea what is failing?

I've tried the re-installs, firewalls on/off, WEP on/off, hardwire
connection and still to no avail, I've yet to see the start screen on my TV.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm out of ideas and have read
through the forums and cannot seem to find a fix (I've researched the Dynamic
vs Basic Hard Drive configurations and mine are all basic).
