I would recommend purchasing the NVidia dual tuner card. I just purchased one
that I will be giving my wife as a christmas gift. One of big disadvantages
of the 500MCE is that it only offers one comp/s-video input along with one
set stereo audio inputs. The NVidia dual tuner card offers two s-video and
two stereo audio inputs.
