I just got off the phone with hauppauge, they know all about this thread. I
agreed to send the the error logs the XP produces, but won't be able to till
tonight.
Here is the name of the guy I talked too......
(Inside Joke)
This doesn't appear to happen on all HP machines. (my observation)
What is the common denominator?
Mine is HP media center 876x
Asus PS4DS-LA motherboard with all Intel chipset, integrated sound. Newest
HP BIOS installed 3.28 I beleive.
Upgraded with HP CD's to MCE2004 and then 2005, was working fine until
PVR150 install.
Came with geforce 5200, emuze tuner. Only hardware upgrades are extra ram
and a non-working PVR150.
All Microsoft updates, newest drivers for video, BIOS.
Post your machine specs and maybe we can find out what is different on these
HP machines compared to HP machines with working PVR150's
