Try calling Hauppauge instead of Microsoft. They are the ones that have to
fix the driver problem. I gave a contact within Hauppauge technical support
for this problem in a previous posting.
The tech support people at Hauppauge know of this problem by this thread. If
you mention the URL associated with this thread, I'm sure they'll know
exactly the problem you are talking about.
I suggest you give the people at Hauppauge tech support a call. The more
they here from people that have this problem, the faster they will come out
with a fix for it.
