Hi Barb

Sadly I can't really replace the AP with a Router. For one it's expensive
and the Xbox MCX does say it supports an AP. Secondly I don't really want
or need a router broadcasting the web to my home.

I have the AP set to infrastructure mode and automatic DHCP now. I've set
everything to automatic.

What I don't understand is I can't access the AP's web-based config any
more, because I don't know how to find the AP's IP address since I set it to
auto DHCP. Can you help?

It used to be 192.168.1.245 but now I have no idea. If I enter the
auto-assigned IP address of my PC's ethernet, that doesn't bring up the web
config utility.

How can this route I have work perfectly with my MCX set-top-box, but not
work at all with my Xbox? They use the same software so I'm at a loss.

Thanks.
