you have an adhoc network here the way this is setup. connecting an
access point to a PC directly is usually ad hoc mode (and usually it
is setup in access point client mode). you are apparently trying for a
3 way ad hoc connection or at least trying to get two devices to work
as an ad hoc connection to this AP. I have no idea how this access
point is setup or what it is using for an IP (as opposed to the static
IP you have apparently given the Ethernet card in your PC.

I strongly recommend you reconfigure your network to use a router
connected to a cable modem.
