Any news from HP? I think MSFT should put some pressure on HP to make sure
HP Laptop users get the upgrade they deserve. I spoke with HP amd filled
out the form on the Microsoft Website. What HP will not tell you is the
Nvidia card they packaged with the zd7000 series 6 months ago(5600 series)
does not support HDTV signals and does not have a DVI out. This would also
mean a PVR swap since I do not beielve it is capable of handling HD format
either.
I Paid over 3 K for my PC and think that if HW upgrades are necessary HP
should offer them at a cost wihtin reason but we should not be denied the
upgrade as a result of an engineering oversight. Who can I escalate
internally to MSFT or HP. I am not going away easily and would like a
reasonable business answer, other than you mister consumer are stupid and we
will not offer this upgrade. Please go buy another one of our products
STEP UP TO THE PLATE!!!!
