Select Germany as the region, enter 00000 as the postal code and select
"Allgemeine Senderliste der Kabelnetze - analog". That'll give you guide
data for the major German stations, as well as some French and Dutch ones.

Nope, this is definitely *not* a log file, it *is* the Tuning Overrides
(why else would it be named like that)? But you must be absolutely sure you
edit the frequencies for the country and reception type you select in Media
Center...

Hmm, do you have a list of the frequencies used in your cable(?) network?
I'd like to know what frequencies are used in Belgium.

It's a question of cost. Guide data doesn't come for free, naturally, and
Microsoft starts with those markets the potential revenues of which justify
the investment. Now Belgium is a rather small country and thus not on top
of that list...
