I too recently upgraded from MCE 2004 to MCE2005 and have a wide screen
monitor. After the upgrade, the system does not run videos in full screen
(wide screen mode) The images are sluggish, but run fine when I shrink the
window down to a perfect square.

When I hit "more info" button I no longer have an option for wide screen.
My options read "View details, Create CD/DVD, Messager, and Settings".

I am running NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200 with Sony SDM-V72W wide screen monitor.

Any help would me mucho appreaciated.

Thanks!.
