Thanks for inquiring: Yes, set up is ok, it lists the correct channels,
internet connection is positive, all surrounding areas only have TW to choose
from either digital or not, tried both no ability to update, and both
actually worked before. Rechecked all tools options in explorer - nothing is
different. I can get live TV with correct programs on correct channels I
just can't get the guide. Its been about two weeks because the guide info
will hold about two weeks worth of info and i've noticed during the past two
weeks that every time the auto update attempted, it kept failing. I spent
most of today going through everything but nothing. It attempts to do so,
but then the error pops up "update failed, unable to update guide info, try
again later" I've never had this problem continously for all this time.
