Hi:)

Luis I wanted to just tysm for all your help with my situation. Its been so
greatly appreciated. I spoke to Dell today and learned something invaluable.
Mention the word "Better Business Bureau" and you get yourself a brand
spankin new computer no questions asked! hahahah! Its on its way and will be
here in 5 days:)) Tysm again:)
