Unfortunately, iTunes music is downloaded in .m4p format, which Media Player
and Media Center can not play. You would have to burn your iTunes music to
a CD and then re-rip the songs to your computer in .mp3 format. It's a long
and boring process, but that's the only way I know how to do it.

I'm not familiar with SVCD's, so I'm unable to help there. Sorry.
