If you used the coax setup, then both audio and video and transmitted on the
TV (Radio Frequency) signal on the cable and you should be able to capture
both video and sound via the normal MCE recording techniques on what ever
channel your VCR transmits on (Ch 3 or 4 normally).

However, if you use the RCA cables - then the video and sound now have
separate cables. Since you are capturing video properly, that part is
hooked up correctly. As for the sound, you need to connect the sound output
from your VCR into your sound card (audigy?) line input. Then ensure from
sound audio and device properties that line input is not muted and the
recording volume is set approx 75% of maximum.

Now it depends on which application you are using to capture the
sound/video. If you are using MS Moviemaker, then ensure it is configured
to capture video from Hauppauge and audio from the Audigy sound card. If
you are using MovieMill (Hauppauge utility) - the same rules apply.

Good luck and hope that helps.
