The simple answer is "no". The Svideo connection changes the video
resolution down to a much lower resolution, and turns on overscanning.
You might be able to fine-tune that with the ATI driver, but then again
maybe not.

It's safe to say that this is an ATI driver bug, which I hope will be
fixed. Thanks for posting, I now can take this back to MS and ATI with
a "see it's not just me" message. ;-)
