I noticed this problem as well when I registered on the website. I was able
to get it to accept my PC system number (model number) by adding a dash
followed by the option number (the localization language). I found the
information on my original sales invoice, though it said "#ABA" (for US
English) and the website required "-ABA." If you have a unit that's other
than US English, you'll need the correct option (should be 3 letters). For
US English, I think (not sure) it's always ABA. I believe they need the
localization information to send you the right language version (or at least
know if they don't have the right language).
I sent them an email about the problem. Hopefully, they'll add appropriate
guidance on the order page.
