Why do you recommend it? How does the OS affect the picture quality of your
video card? I thought that was mainly a hardware/driver system. I have a
Toshiba Satellite and don't really use it to watch TV. I do watch videos on
it, but with my own video software (DirectDVD and WinAmp).
