How about 3AM Pacific Time. That would be 7PM (or 8pm after the DST switch
in the CONUS) here in Korea and would be perfect for me. Would probably get
participants from Korea, Japan, China, Philippines, Australia, Indochina
countries, western Russia, just to name a few.
