Note that issues with ATI's software would of course not apply if the card
was used inside MCE, which sports its own time shifting and rendering
technology.

The reception problems could be a real issue, especially since he wrote
that he wrote that he could receive ATSC terrestrial "with ease" using a
dedicated receiver box...
