Okay that I understand, but have decided to go with the ATI X800XT card now
as the Catalyst drives appear to be more reliable and functional according
to reviews I've read, plus the card is supposedly the best around and does
work very well with the L2335.

Indeed so the standard cable that comes with the monitor will suffice, that
is good news indeed!

Yep I came across that detail too, so that is good news indeed. Anyway
ordered it now and it will be here Wednesday or Thursday latest.
