One of my fellow MVPs had a similar problem with his Shuttle but I don't
know if he's got the same motherboard as yours. Last I heard there was
_maybe_ one fix...it involves going into the BIOS setup and turning off
something on the AMD-64 chip...

Unfortunately, for the life of me I cannot remember what. You might search
this newsgroup for AMD-64 or Shuttle and see what pops up. If you can't find
it, reply to me here and I'll query my friend and see if he ever found a
solution (other than to not use SP2).

I know it doesn't do this on all motherboards because I have a AMD-64 in my
MSI K8T-Neo board with no problems (well, at least not this problem).
