1) It's certainly compatible with MCE, because it has nothing
to do with MCE. If the sender has inputs that match up with
outputs on your video card, and the receiver has outputs that
match up with inputs on your TV, it will work.

2) You would need to purchase a 3rd party DVD Authoring
program if you want to create video DVDs with title screens
and menus. There are several that support the Recorded TV
format (DVR-MS) - CyberLink PowerDirector, Sonic MyDVD,
ArcSoft ShowBiz, InterVideo WinDVD Creator, and perhaps
others.

If all you want to do is archive your shows, you can burn
the DVR-MS files to DVD as data files. Or you can use
DVRtoWMV to convert them to WMV format, thereby taking
up a lot less disc space.
