Alex,

Look in the C:\Windows or C:\Winnt folder for a hidden folder called $NtUninstallKB838358$ If its on your computer, you should see a spuninst folder. Open this one and run the spuninst.exe program inside. Unfortunately I don't have this hotfix on my computer, so I can verify that the required files will be there.

> Hi, Justtried all of the above ideas and still no joy. The TV card is giving me the same error message. tried installing all update from the hauppauge site but no joy there either. tried restoring but guess what? That doesn't work! It goes through the restore process on sht down but when restarted says "Unable to restore, No data has been changed" It does this with all restore points even manual one I have created. I have recently done a reinstall and i took me 10 hours to get everything back how it was so I want to avoid this at all costs! Any ideas guys? im stuck on this one! Thanks, Alex
